Founding rates are locked for 12 months for sponsors who start by January 31, 2027. Month-to-month after the first 3 months; cancel with 30 days' notice. These rates are pending final approval. Email us to reserve a spot, and we'll confirm the price before anything is billed.

Boxes sit below the ranked list, never inside it, and are always labeled "Sponsored."
Sponsors never affect scores or rankings
Our scores and grades come only from public Medicare (CMS) and state inspection data, using our published method. Sponsors can't buy a better score, a higher rank or a spot in any list, and they can't edit or remove findings.
Who we work with
Elder law attorneys, home care agencies, financial and benefits planners, senior moving and downsizing services and senior products. We don't accept sponsorships from nursing homes or assisted living facilities that we rate, and we don't sell referrals or leads.
